Tamarac is a great product. I love how it is web-based and the user interface. There is a huge learning curve, but it's not so bad after you've used it for awhile. Making sure to constantly use it and keep up on training is key.

Pros:
  • Ultra customizable rebalancer. It has saved us hundreds of hours over the past few years.
Cons:
  • Setting up Tamarac took a long time and there is almost too much functionality sometimes.
Best For What Type of Firm:
  • Any firm that has complicated portfolios and needs to ultra customize their rebalancer.
