I've worked with Steve at Ebix. He was extremely helpful in setting up my integrations and dashboards. Customer service is important to me and they provided the best so far. I used a competitors product and move over immediately once I began the dialogue with Ebix.

Pros:

    -functionality
    -Scalability
    -Great integrations especially Office, Pershing, Morningstar advisor
    -Price!
    -easy to use
    -Great customer support.
Cons:
  • -haven't found any yet
Best For What Type of Firm:
  • I think it would best fit a firm that does financial services incorporating, investments and insurance.
Final Say:
  • Very happy that i moved over from a competitor and look forward to adding additional integrations such as an ipad application!
