We would like to have a little more enterprise level support and integration. LaserApp is the only form app that supports all of our product vendors and B/D.

User Review

Pros:
  • We are able to fill forms from all of our vendors.
    Adding custom forms is easy.
    Mapping fields to our CRM data is easy.
Cons:
  • Lack of Terminal Server support. It does run on TS, and there are some instructions for installing. Support if there are any problems is non-existant. We have had a lot of trouble with it on loadbalanced servers over the years.

    Import from Junxure is still a manual process that takes 30-40 minutes every night.
Best For What Type of Firm:
  • Small to medium
